My special area as a corporate consultant is in-vitro diagnostics. My over 25 years of experience in research, production and the marketing of laboratory-based blood analyses for medical purposes allow me to quickly familiarise myself with the issues. I have also, however, successfully supported projects in related medical fields. My international clients range from start-up companies to major established groups. This variety is also reflected in my assignments: I accompany negotiations with investors and banks, find suitable licence partners, analyse national and international sales channels (B2B and B2C), evaluate marketing strategies, and I am involved in outsourcing projects.
